Agreement
By registering for Healing From the Inside Out or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. The program is offered by Shelby Frederick / Jewels of Wellness.
Nature of the Program
Healing From the Inside Out is a six-week faith-based therapy group for Christian women, facilitated online. It is a group experience and is not a substitute for individual therapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or emergency crisis services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (in the United States) or your local emergency number.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Registration may be declined if the facilitator determines the group is not an appropriate fit for your current clinical needs; in that case a referral will be offered.
Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Square. Tuition options are $297 paid in full, or two payments of $150. Because seats are limited and materials are prepared in advance, all payments are non-refundable once the first session has occurred. If you need to withdraw before the program begins, please contact us to discuss options.
Attendance and Participation
The group meets weekly for six consecutive sessions. Consistent attendance supports your experience and the experience of other participants. Sharing within sessions is always voluntary.
Group Confidentiality
By participating you agree to keep what other members share within the group. The facilitator maintains confidentiality within the limits described in our Privacy Policy, including mandated reporting and situations involving imminent risk of harm.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum, materials, recordings, and content provided through the program are the property of Shelby Frederick / Jewels of Wellness. Healing From the Inside Out is a trademark of Shelby Frederick / Jewels of Wellness. Materials are for your personal use and may not be copied, redistributed, or taught without written permission.
Disclaimers
The program is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Your participation is your own responsibility, and you agree to seek appropriate medical, mental health, or pastoral care outside of the group when needed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or the program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
